Onesimus project is implemented by CE Pro Christo et Ecclesia Association from Targu Mures town in partnership with Dorcas Aid Romania. This project is developed in the area of Targu Mures, Corunca and Oradea.
Through this project, 65 young people coming from disadvantages families and institutions are assisted and guided in gaining the necessary skills for being able to live an independent and healthy life, and to find a work place.
Each youth has the chance to be assisted by a personal mentor who offers advice all through the project’s period; the young people attend vocational seminars, work camps, summer camps, they visit different work places.
Also through this project, 40 young people, who had been beneficiaries of other Dorcas projects (Family Care, Agricultural Development for families) or other disadvantaged youth are guided and supported to participate to vocational courses with national accreditation, so that the final result is the gaining of a diploma.
